At Philly Goods Co., we carefully pack and ship our apparel, gifts, and Philadelphia-inspired goods with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, when available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Apparel Orders

Some apparel items may be printed or fulfilled on demand. These items may require additional processing time before shipping. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Gift & Home Items

Gift items, accessories, artwork, candles, pillows, and other lifestyle products may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Philly Goods Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

Local & Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, shipping and processing may take longer than usual. We recommend placing gift orders early to allow enough time for delivery.
